« on: February 08, 2013, 12:44:55 PM »
just saw this, sure looks interesting!

MY BLOODY VALENTINE - Amsterdam (Netherlands), Melkweg, 24 Feb 89

SOURCE: unknown 8mm camcorder > unknown VCR > 1st gen VHS tape
LINEAGE: Panasonic NV-FJ610 VCR stereo> PIONEER DVR-5100H (fine mode)> DVD (optimized mode)

Emptiness Inside
You Never Should
Lose My Breath
Cupid Come
Lose My Breath
Nothing Much To Lose
I Can See It (But I Can't Feel It)
Soft As Snow
Feed Me With Your Kiss
(When You Wake) You're Still In A Dream
You Made Me Realise
Lovelee Sweet Darlene

TRT: 56 min

I did some research `cause I didn`t have the exact date of the show. When I did this, I found out, that there`s only a black & white copy of an unknown generation VHS out there.
My copy is from first generation VHS tape and it`s in COLOUR.
Here you find a sample of the black & white version:
(This is not from my copy !)

My copy is definately an upgrade in picture & sound, but this sample gives you an idea of the camera position & zooming.
It¥s a good recording for a 21 year old recording.

Technical stuff:

video codec : mpg-2
frame rate: 25.0
bitrate: 7790 kbit/s
frame: 720 x 756
screen: 4:3 PAL

Chapers: every 10 min
MD5 file only deals with the Video_TS-file.

Thanx to the original taper. Forgot your name. Forgive me, but it`s 20 years ago that we swop tapes.

Take Care

PS: Wanna make a deal: I give you this recording and you give a comment in return. Please do ! Otherwise I feel like just feeding a machine.

PPS: If you have the master tape, feel free to upgrade my upload.

Hey I just posted about that in the Bootlegs/Rarities thread. I downloaded it the other day and crippled my Dime account in the process. Haven't watched it yet though. I was gonna share it but it's too big for my meagre 3gb dropbox account.
