Interview with the person below you
« on: June 01, 2006, 09:37:44 AM »
This is an idea I pinched from another forum I was lurking on this morning (don't worry, I'm not being unfaithful to you).

Simple idea really, just answer the question posed, then leave another one for the next MBV fan that comes along.
I'll start with a boring one, but hopefully it'll get more interesting as it goes along:

What was the last CD you bought (not downloaded)?

I've never been "in love", but I've been in "lust".

Do you hate cold ketchup?

Yes, though I dislike ketchup period.

What was the last book you read, and did you enjoy it?

Keep The Aspidistra Flying by George Orwell, and it was brilliant.

Can you feel the force?

Whooo oooh oooh, yes I certainly can.

If the earth's round, how come the people at the bottom (e.g. Australia) don't fall off?  (And don't give me any crap about gravity - if I hold a tennis ball between my t.humb and forefinger and then place a small piece of rolled up paper underneath it, it'll fall straight down.  So where's your gravity now??).

Space is a vacuum, meaning that there is no force acting on what's on the surface of the earth to cause one to fall up (so to speak).  In other words, life forms on the extreme northern or southern regions of the planet (be they Australians, penguins, or elves) are inert.

Agree or disagree?

i disagree. The sun wants me to fall up, but its just too damn far away. A watermelon has more effect. The tennis ball did creat some gravity distortion on that paper... but it simply was too weak for earth's gravity. Gravity is weak pathetic force.. just look at me jump.

So, which cartoon did you like the most as a wee child?

Gosh, that's hard to say. A toss up between "Ren & Stimpy" and later, "Bevis and Butthead".

What band are you obsessing over right now?

well, I live in Portland, OR ... which is just about as bad as Olympia, WA. This is pure hipster/clique/scenester country here ... and yes I hate the fuck out of them, I stay the best to stay away from that scene, even tho I'm kinda involved in it. They're soo many of them that are such so damn ignorant, bah ... I'll just stop now before I really go off.

Do you like bananas? not the dancing kind, but the kind that you eat?

They're ok. They give me stomach aches every once in a while (but most everything does.)

How many albums do you own?
